Kingsborn Sport and Resort Village

The masterplan defines an area of about 250,000 square meters 10 km south of the urban area of Guilin, with village commercial, sports and a hotel with 200 rooms. The village consists of a large coverage sunscreens which are placed under the trade pavilions arranged based on the alignment with the context. The typological structure includes a circular base on which to grow on the upper floors, the perimeter is developed ring at varying heights to maximize sun exposure.
